How coaching can help...

Solutions focused coaching is a forward-looking process that supports your desire to create change and develop positive solutions.

Imagine having a tangled ball of wool and needing to find the end so you can wind it up neatly. Using coaching we tap into the incredible strength and wisdom you already have. Together we untangle the ball of wool, look at where you are now and where you want to be, then we create a step-by-step roadmap to get you there.

It’s a bit like having a travel agent. I can’t pack your bag for you; plan where you want to go or save your money. However, I can help you plan your itinerary, and discover where you want to go. I can help you make sure that you have an itinerary to help you reach your destination.
